Update your Ragnarok_RE and TalonPatch

I'm sick of saying this over and over again.

We try to be up-to-date which means that we are adding new maps, monsters and features from time to time.

If you are crashing after an update then you are probably missing client related files. To fix that simply run Ragnarok_RE in your TalonRO folder.

Also, run TalonPatch from time to time as well.
