It happened during WOE today when i was in town (error occured almost all the time), after i was warped to the castle entrance (error occured almost all the time) and when i used the flag.

It seemed like when 'someone' was in the screen that i was on, i will get the error. That person could also have been respawning very often because i even got the error in town.

Because when i was out leveling myself for a while i just logged in during WOE time, i didn't have the error messages popping up.

And in terms of updates, my sakray client and talonRO patcher are both updated.

Try the Mini Installer?

Try reinstalling the Mini Installer and overwrite your current files with it. Then patch your TalonRO and see if that helps.

Nah it didn't help even though i installed the new mini installer and ran the tro patcher.

I got the error again after my screen loaded after being ecalled.

Hm, your sdata.grf seems to be a bit small. Mine's around 1.2 GB.
What you can try to do is to delete "tpatch.inf" and after that run Sakray.exe. It should redownload all files since November 2008.
