Quick fixing reboot

No new features this time, just some bugfixes~

• The crashes should (hopefully) be fixed now. From what it looked like, the cause was the no-menu teleport. For that reason we have now disabled this feature again.
• Warp girl in Einbech is back.
• Chiqita's Jewelry Box should be working properly again.

Furthermore, you should now be able to do automated Kaho customizations again. Just go to the Reward Guru -> Item Shops -> Kahos. If you have a kaho currently equipped, it will ask you to customize that. Just select a kaho from the list and it will replace the one you have equipped with the new one.

If you find any bugs/exploits with this new features, tell us ASAP. If we catch anyone exploiting this, you will be perma-banned.

Anyways! We will reboot later this week to implement the Halloween Event, so look forward to that
