It concerns a new rule to the server.


TalonRO Updates

• The town Brasilis has been implemented. Big thanks goes out to GM Ires for translating Korean quest guides so we could make this. With this, we are the very first (from what we know) private server to have semi-official quests and NPCs in Brasilis! The quest dialogues might not be exactly like the real thing, but they are very close! The update includes the following:
  
  • All monsters and MVPs (semi-official stats/skills/droprates)
  • The Bathroom's Blonde Quest (brasilis 187,244)
  • Guarana Boy Quest (brasilis 187,162)
  • Flower Lily Headgear Quest (brasilis 203,286)
  • Bride's Flower Crown Quest (in_orcs01 119,106)
  • Colored Cute Ribbon Quest (morocc_in 137,102)
  • Majority of the town NPCs like Tool Shops, Weapon Shops, etc.
• The cards for the Episode 13.1 and 13.2 monsters have been implemented and are now dropped by the monsters. This update has already been in for a short while, but we forgot to announce it!
• Trading restrictions of Mercenary scrolls have been removed.
• The Stem Worm and Gargoyle cards have been added to the Vanilla restriction list. This is done to balance things out more.
• The Prontera NPCs have moved a bit. They are all together now instead of the Warp Girl and Minigame Girl being on separate, hard-to-see locations. The novending zone below their original position is still there. Will fix that on next reboot.
• The Lighthalzen spawn location and NPCs have been moved back to their locations back on Aegis. This makes it easier to access the tool shop and to go to the Biolabs.
• The stylist has gotten a rename to Anne the Stylist, and will now warp you to GH Prison if you insult her. If you insult her again, she will warp you to GH Sewers! This is similar to what we had back on Aegis and functions as an easy warp to the Stings map.
• The Minigame Girl now also has the option to display the Monster of the Week.
• You can now upgrade your items at the refiner automatically to the safe upgrading level or to whatever number of upgrades you want.
• Mailbox added to Lutie.
• Like the Automated Kaho Customizer, you can now also customize your PCBs the same way.
• One new hairstyle for both male and female characters added.
• Latest Kahos and PCBs added to Item Shop.
• Battlegrounds PvP Kafra should now work properly.
• Questlog in newbie grounds should work correctly now.
• Fixed an exploit in the jobchanger.
• Fixed some item description typos.

Of course we have also merged the latest eAthena updates.

Important eAthena Updates

• Added new Episode 13.1 quests, excluding the Onward to the Other World quest (due to warp girl availability).
  
  • New Surroundings
  • Attitude to the New
  • Finding a Fairy & Finding a Giant Tree
  • The Tripartite Union's Feud
  • Cat Hand Agent
  • Part Time Work
• Implemented NPC_VAMPIREGIFT and NPC_WIDESOULDRAIN.
• Cast time of Emergency Call is doubled if you master High Jump. High Jump can't be used on PvP maps.
• Updated Socket Enchant: all items moved to proper NPCs, added slotted Hat of Sun God.
• Fixed warp position between Juno and Schwaltzvalt Realm.
• Slim Potion Pitcher no longer works on barricades and guardian stones.
• Official Aegis WoE announces working correctly now.
• All Songs/Dances now create a 3 second delay before Adaption can be used.
• Fixed various bugs and quest typos.

Even though I have never done vanilla Id have to disagree with this.

I don't think this should be so, these two cards are fairly easy to farm and cheap as hell. Even new players should be able to get these cards without much hassle.

Stem word replaces Raydric which i think is a fair sacrifice.

Raydric for most classes while Stemworm for magic classes.

in a similar fashion Gargoyle replaces Sohee or Martyr... Well not really, I guess I can see why Gargoyle should be removed. If the wizards are getting cast time too fast then this can be a good solution but removing both is unnecessary.
