Interesting... F11 does the skill i have in F8 and F12 does the thing that the item does in F9. I also get the wider "control boxes"  but this is interesting indeed...

Perhaps you have a different keyboard setup that somehow uses different settings. Try the Key Assigning page and reassign the keys there.

but i cant see my pms, It is blank pms

If you have issues like this then you are not fully updated.
If you run talonpatch or Ragnarok_RE again, does it start patching again?

There can be various reasons as to why the patchers can't patch. One of the msot common ones is that your tRO folder or some of the GRF files in there are set to "read only" state. Which means they cannot be updated. Right click your TalonRO folder and make sure the read only box is not checked. Do the same with your GRF files.

If you're running Vista or Windows 7, make sure you run the patches as an administrator and that you have all admin priviliges on your account. Also try turning UAC off.

That should help you get patched.

I think the GM forgot change the rate to 8x, in the last update the rate was 8x for only 1 day because the time host was broke.

I remember that GM said that will put the rate again to 8x in the next rebort maybe you forget it because i notice the rate continue same =[, please GM fix it ^__^

Since a lot of people keep asking, here are the instructions on what to do when it won't patch correctly.

First off, RUN YOUR TALONPATCH IN ORDER TO PLAY. Without this, you will see weird items in shops and PMs will not work.
Secondly, RUN YOUR RAGNAROK_RE.EXE AS WELL. Without this, you will not see the new client changes like 6 icons in the topright of your chat window.

If for whatever reason it doesn't work, try this:
- Rightclick your entire TalonRO folder and go to Properties. Then there should be a checkbox named "Read Only". If it's checked, uncheck it and press OK. If it asks to apply it to subfolders/files, click Yes. After this, try to patch again.
- If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, make sure UAC is disabled. For instructions on how to do this, go here.
