Server up again

So after a longer downtime than we had hoped, the server should work again now.

First off: you are required to run TalonPach or you can NOT login. If this does not work, get the latest Tiny Installer here:

We are sorry for the downtime, but this was really out of our hands entirely. To make up for it, we have decided to extend the 10x rates for about another week.

Furthermore, the NPCs to create the Ascended Black Dragon Hats are back again until Sunday 8pm server time.
