    Mr. Cobijin has a point. We use our phones far too much already. I really have no issue if this would ever become a change, being multiplatform, but Boreas has already stated it will not happen. For anyone who is new to this server, or hasn't caught on yet, Boreas sticks to his decisions and they are final.

    Soooo what´s next? Put my gfriend inside the phone... forever? Some things are made for PC, some for mobile, and some can be on every platform, but NOT RO!.

    These items have been disabled last maintenance. Not only were they annoying if accidentally clicked on, they actually allowed people to abuse an exploit. They could go back to town, repair their stuff or restock, then relog and go back to the return room. That's now fixed.

    Hi All, I posted about this in the Server Discussion section of the forum. I'll include a link to that particular thread as well as a quote of my original suggestion/question. GM Boreas mentioned that I should post this suggestion here, and that in the past this had been implemented in some form but had ended up with user abusing the mechanic somehow? What I would be suggesting is that Humonculus kills count only towards hunting quest goals, Otherwise it makes it nearly impossible to complete basic hunting quests with an Alchemist, and/or very costly to complete hunting quests with Creators. Perhaps to avoid potential abuses to this an Afk detector could be attached, similar to how gaining exp from Humonculus kills works? But even still I doubt personally that Afk questing on more difficult quests would be much of a problem, as I doubt even maxed Humonculus's could solo some of the mobs. Others have noted current ways that players have developed to coping with this, including scoring the last hit on the mob to have it count. The issue with that is unless you have the ability to see how much HP the mob has remaining, or somehow memorized how many hits it takes to kill them, this is very difficult and irritating. I've also heard suggestions to just dual client and party up with an Alt and have them do the hunting quests. I don't really consider this a solution, what I would like to see is Alchemists /actively/ doing quests. And if you are just Afk while on another character doing the quest, I don't see that as any different than just going Afk and letting your Humonculus rack up quest kills. As it stands Alchemists are just plain not fun to play in regards to Eden hunting quests. Which I think isn't really fair to people who main Alchemists like myself. The fact is I don't want to make another character for the express purpose of doing Eden quests, or hunting quests in general. And I'm sure I'm not the only one here who feels this way. I've spoken to other members of my guild who feel exactly as I do. It isn't as though Alchemists are incapable of taking on these enemies by themselves, the Humonculus is an extension of the class, similar to a hunter's falcon (albeit a lot more complicated.) Anyway, thank you for reading this. I hope that I've been clear in what I'm suggesting, and that it wouldn't be too much to have this adjusted. And Thanks again to GM Boreas for pointing me in this direction.

    TL:DR: Resources presumably favor those who already find BG fun (aka - are already geared for pvp) Assuming the box is enticing enough to bother, it WILL tank the economy - the demand will fall. If the costumes are not account-bound, their price will drop as well. Either way, the focus so far has been on external motivation aka turning BG into another farmspot. Besides, people starting on the server are advised to focus on levelling/getting core eq first, which is sped up by focusing on PvE and ignoring PvP altogether. Althrough i suppose this isn't a suggestion aimed at them, it doesn't change the (implitcly too high) barrier of entry. Thus, my counterproposal is this: a 7-day PvP rental box, purchasable with bronze coins, containing whatever is consiedered starting PvP eq (beret, unfreezing armor, thara shield, etc?), that could be used only on pvp maps. A good addition to that would be the ability to rent specific objects from that box (still with bronze coins, but at a higher cost?), in case someone is halfway there. The intended results are thus: -offer the possibility for a quick dip into the pvp without getting stomped too hard -provide a temptation to try PvP for more than BG coins (the best way to farm them is play bg durning the weekends, but then it would be a waste of the rental ) -a bronze coin sink for those who do farm at tamtam regions/do eden quests for badges Side effects: -the price of whatever would be in the box would drop - plausible solution: rental gear being actually weaker than the real deal -people not liking pvp at all and being put off by it before making the investment, thus making pvp gear harder to liquidate - plausible solution(?) - answering and solving the why -???
