Prep time: 25-30 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
100 grams raspberries
1 cup water
3 gelatin leaves
Handful of pine nuts
Strawberry whipped cream:
500ml thickened cream
10 medium sized strawberries
BrownCoconut Cupcake (Makes 6):
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup dessicated coconut
3/4 cup sugar
30gm melted butter
Fan forced oven
15ml measuring spoons
Preheat the oven to 320 Fahrenheit / 160 Celsius
Get a bowl of cold water and submerge the 3 gelatin leaves
Combine 1 cup of water, all the raspberries and 1 tsp sugar into a saucepan and bring to a light boil
Once berries are dissolved, strain the mixture into a bowl. Once cooled down mix the now soft gelatin leaves and dissolve in light flame. set aside into small 15ml tbps measuring spoons. Set aside in the fridge until solid (about 30-40 minutes)
Beat the eggs and mix 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup dessicated coconut 3/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
Mix ingredients until it forms a batter
Place cupcake containers in the cupcake tray and pour the cupcake mixture into them. Fill them up but don't overfill.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a sticked toothpick comes out clean, and set aside to cool.
Blend strawberries to a pulp and set aside (Oh god it's 8:25)
Pour 500ml thickened cream into a mixing bowl and whisk with an electric mixer until it turns into whipped cream. Once it starts forming stiff peaks when you take out the whisk, it will be ready.
Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream until fully mixed and pinkish. Do not overwork it or the whipped cream will be undone!
Put strawberry whipped cream into piping bag and make a heart shape on the cupcakes(or whatever shape you desire)
Stab 2 pinenuts into each jelly to make them look like eyes, then place them in the middle of the icing heart
Lastly put a bit of strawberry whipped cream on top of our raspberry jello-ring and voila!

Explanation of my dish:
If you didn't know, I recently came back to TRo after 4 years. I was once known as Graves, but now my new persona is Fruity / Ragnafruits and my main is now BrownCoconut, hence the coconut cupcake! What better gift to give someone than something that reminds them of you! The cute little jello-ring reminds me of RO, specifically TRo as the game's iconic mascot - the poring, aside from TamTam the smokie!
I nicknamed GM Cherri, "GM Cherry" before I went on hiatus, and since she's still present after all these years it reminded me of berries, so I decided to create a berry treat instead of a milky or a chocolatey treat. (I'm also partly dedicating this to you Cherri, thanks for still being here after all these years)
I was going to dedicate this to all the singles out there, but I decided otherwise.
I'm now dedicating it to Desert Dojo, my first guild after coming back to the game! I'd like to thank them with this for accepting me into the guild and I hope create a lot of happy memories with them this time around!
